We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This notice explains how we process personal data when you visit the Detoure homepage (marketing / information site). When booking, accounts or payments go live on Detoure, this notice will be updated.

This website is operated via a hosting provider (e.g. Lovable / Vercel or similar). Connection data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested, browser information) may be processed in server logs as necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you contact us by email or contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, message) to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Data is deleted when no longer needed and no retention duties apply.

Essential cookies / storage may be required for the site to work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics / marketing tools are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — and only if such tools are actually enabled. If none are enabled, no analytics processing takes place. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf as processors. Where required, we conclude Art. 28 GDPR processing agreements.

Personal data is stored only as long as needed for the respective purposes or as required by law.
